The Veil of Separation

I recently read this quote from Geoffrey Hoppe: “Metaphysical people talk about “the veil,” referring to the invisible barrier that separates our 3D world from the angelic realms…But the real veil isn’t necessarily what separates us from the outer realms. The real veil separates us from the greater potentials right here on earth. It’s the veil that halts our creativity.”

I see this in many places: in the person who languishes in a job they really dislike because fear tells them that in this economy, they better hold onto what they have for dear life; in those who say that a terrible catastrophe (man-made or otherwise) dooms us to death and destruction, rather than using our creative collective intelligence to solve such challenges; and in those of us on the spiritual path of connection who nevertheless flounder in distress, longing only for “home” and a way outta here.

To create means to cause to come into being, as something unique that would not naturally evolve or that is not made by ordinary processes; to evolve from one’s own thought or imagination, as a work of art or an invention. How often do you call upon our unseen friends “beyond the veil” to help you create something other than that which keeps a veil of dissatisfaction over your life? Do you ask the angels to fix things, or do you ask them to help you see how to  make a change, to muster the courage it takes to face something that looms so terribly large in your live, or so timidly blah?

If we are truly whole in the eyes of God, made in His image and endowed with all the gifts one could ask for, why do we suffer so? And more importantly, how do we stop? I believe we do so by becoming more in the world than we are, more connected to our planetary family (including the critters) in an appreciation for life, and by allowing the beauty of nature which supports us to also bring reprieve.

We can ask our guides and angels to keep us strong, to inspire the intelligence we were given that will lead us to seeing possibilities where none were before, and to help us summon the courage to act on our inspirations. As we begin to understand and experience that the veil between our 3D world and that of the angelic realms is thinning, we can also know that whatever separates us in human form is illusory as well.

  1. Absolutely – I totally agree. There is the macrocosm of "out there" and the microcosm of "in here" xxxx

I really enjoyed reading this post…what you wrote is so true and resonates so well right now…the veil truly is thinning between us and the angelic realm. I think that dense energies and the absence of light cause people to sink into a heavy state of being where it becomes difficult for humans to extricate themselves from the sufferings that they themselves have created, let alone "see the veil". Your post was a timely reminder to look inwards and outwards, clean up the old and revel in the new wonderful frequencies that are gracing the planet.
