I recently had the pleasure of seeing a new film about Bob Marley, who I’ve greatly admired since the days I was living in Hawaii and met people there who had known him personally. I thought I knew quite a bit about his life but this film shares information I’d never heard before, through interviews with several of his closest friends and family members. From the first strains of the music and visuals on screen, I was immediately drawn into the story.
The film is in limited release around the country, so if it’s not playing where you are, you can still watch it online.
