Frequencies that Heal

Sometimes it takes something so awful to wake us up…to remind us how much we have to be grateful for, and to understand that we have a responsibility to use our gifts to help others.

When I was given another chance at life through Reconnective Healing and the love of my friend who offered that up for me, I was forever changed. In the early days of my healing, the frequencies running through my body were nearly overwhelming in their power, and I felt alive in a way I never had before.

The way that energy linked me up with the angelic realms gave me an experience of connection and communication that continues to beautifully evolve, years later. One of the things I’ve been doing in gratitude is holding a monthly planetary healing event where we come together the first Sunday of every month. We simply offer up our time and our focus to allow these Reconnective frequencies to be guided where they’re needed. Clearly, when tragedies on the scale of Haiti occur, it’s time to go into action and to use the frequencies more often.

Somehow, these frequencies transfer via the written word and other media (I’ve heard many stories of healing that have been received in this way). If you’re willing to play around with this and are open to these frequencies passing easily from me to you, here’s what I encourage you to try:

Bring your palms toward each other, hands splayed with about three or four inches between them. Become quite still and notice whether you feel anything. The particular sensations may be subtle but could also be very palpable. As you note those sensations, slowly begin to pull your hands away from each other, with the palms still facing one another. Don’t work your hands like an accordion, just draw them slowly apart. If you feel like you’re losing the sensation, stop and focus your attention on your palms again until you feel something; then slowly pull them apart again.

What you’re likely to notice is that the sensations (however they feel in your hands) get stronger as your hands move away from each other. These frequencies increase with distance, and therein lies a miracle! You can close your eyes, comfortably raise and reach out your hands, think of distant Haiti and what’s going on there, and ask God to guide your healing efforts where they’re needed. Stay with that offering for as long as you like, but give it at least a couple of minutes. You can’t do it wrong if you simply trust the process and give it a bit of time.

I’ll “meet” you there…
